So yes we basically think the same. The pessimistic part is probably that “we” failed in other traditional fields.

The optimistic part could be that since it’s a pretty new career (i haven’t heard about it before 2019), people do not know anything about it during high school, and so join it “later”.

I also find interesting how it’s already flooded, since most journals describe it as the career of future. We’ll see.

Maybe the no-coding mentality will increase the demand of UX/UI designers, substituting entry level developers, who knows.
