Personally I use Figma 99% of the time for designing. It outshines every alternative in my opinion. Sometimes I edit photos on PS, but I prefer to work with raw assets as a challenge.

About building, I am now focusing both on CSR React (create-React-app) and Gatsby. They allow me to play with a lot of libraries, especially for animation. Personally, I am not a huge fan of Webflow right now, and if I have to choose a builder, I’d go for Elementor in WordPress.
